Once payment has been successfully processed, you will be directed over to a notification page and you will receive a confirmation email from SkinSeoul that payment has been received and that we are processing the order.

Subsequently, you will receive another email stating that your order has been packed and dispatched. This will include the tracking number and a URL for you to track the delivery status.
