What happens to my order if I was not present to receive or collect it and it is then returned to SkinSeoul?Updated 2 months ago

Shipments are undeliverable for reasons such as an incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts (e.g., recipient unavailable), or unclaimed parcels held by the local courier. If your order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will notify you via email to arrange for reshipment or refund.

Please note that we are unable to refund any shipping fees originally paid. All reshipments incur handling fees plus reshipment fees that are the same as our regular shipping fees. Reshipment fees will be applied regardless of the original shipment’s eligibility for free shipping.
